Yes. While the configuration allows you to select "Both Sides" under design areas, you are not limited to duplicating the same image. You can upload or specify a unique design for the front and a completely different design or text for the back.

Select Die Struck/Soft Enamel if your logo has distinct flat lines and clear color separations. Choose 3D Metal if your design involves realistic shapes, rounded edges, or sculpted textures (like a miniature animal face, a custom molded object, or a realistic relief).

Which material is best suited for outdoor, heavy-duty gear or activewear?

PVC and Woven zipper pullers are ideal for activewear, outdoor jackets, and backpacks. PVC is completely waterproof and flexible, while Woven pullers offer a soft, snag-free feel that holds up perfectly to machine washing.

What exactly do the Zipper Head sizes (#3, #5, #8, #10) mean?

These numbers refer to the physical width of the closed zipper teeth in millimeters. #3: Small/Fine zippers (found on internal dress pockets or delicate pouches). #5: Standard/Medium zippers (the most common size for hoodies, everyday jackets, and casual backpacks). #8 & #10: Heavy-duty zippers (used for luggage, tactical gear, heavy winter coats, or tents).

If I order the "Laser Cut Message" upgrade, what are the character limits or font restrictions?

For legibility on standard-sized pullers (1 to 1.5 inches), we recommend keeping text under 15 characters. We support standard sans-serif block fonts to ensure the text remains clear, readable, and doesn't compromise the structural integrity of the metal.

We highly prefer vector formats such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF with fonts outlined. These ensure perfectly sharp lines during the molding and cutting phases. High-resolution raster images (.PNG or .JPG at 300 DPI) are also accepted for Offset Printed pullers.

How will I know if my logo design is too complex or detailed for the size I selected?

After submitting your order, our design team will create a digital mock-up for your approval. If a detail in your design is too small to cleanly mold or print at your chosen size, we will flag it and suggest a modification (like slightly increasing the puller size or simplifying a fine line).

Can I mix multiple colorways of my logo within a single bulk order quantity?

The base pricing applies to a single uniform design run. If you want the exact same mold shape but wish to swap out the enamel fill colors (e.g., 50 pullers with red enamel and 50 with blue enamel), a small color-swap fee will apply per extra variant.
